Don't filter. Don't polish. Just dump everything — desires, fears, half-formed ideas. All of it. The system will distil the mess in the next step.
Your brain dump is on the left. Translate it into one measurable, time-bound objective on the right.
How will you know you've won? Use a number.
The deadline that makes this real.
Start it: build the system. Grow it: expand what works. Master it: lock in the result. Give each a measurable outcome, a duration, and a target date.
Four questions that define your strategy. Fill all four — they feed directly into your dashboard and Gantt chart.
What ONE thing is preventing progress right now? Not a symptom — the root cause. If you fixed only this, everything else would get easier.
The keystone action that makes all others easier or unnecessary. When everything feels hard — do this first.
What must you stop or avoid to make space for this goal? This will be pinned permanently to your daily dashboard.

Each card is an archetype — a creative prompt for how people win with different resources. Click a card to flip it and write your own strategy inspired by that archetype.
Which of these offers the highest Return on Effort? The others will fade away. This reinforces the most important truth in strategy: it is defined by what you don't do.
If you try to do all strategies at once, you have no strategy.
Strategy confirmed. Here is your full picture before you build the engine.
Both paths lead to the same place — a clear, trackable goal with a real engine behind it.
Three quick prompts. The AI drafts the whole plan — objective, phases and your engine — then you review and adjust before anything is locked in.
The more the AI understands why this matters to you, the better your plan will fit. Answer what you can — or skip.
Walk the checkpoints. Confirm what looks right; tweak anything before it’s locked in. Routine steps fly past — Claude only pauses on the judgment calls.
Each module unlocks when the previous is complete. Every field has examples you can tap to adapt.
Your 10-day habit success rate is below 60%. This is data, not failure. The system is locked until you audit the friction — adding more tasks to a broken system makes it worse.
Copy the prompt, run it through Claude (claude.ai or your Claude Code session), then paste the JSON it returns below and apply it. Nothing leaves your device automatically.
Your phases mapped across time. Task bars show duration. Habit dots show frequency. ⚡ marks your Power Move.
Strategy over execution. Systems over streaks. Setbacks are data, not failures.
Brain Dump → distil into a single measurable Objective (with KPI + deadline) → 3 Phases with duration calculator → Know Yourself + Bottleneck → Power Move + Trade-off → 3 Strategy Approaches → The Sacrifice → Blueprint. Each step is named in the progress bar so you always know where you are and how much remains. The Blueprint step runs a ⚠ risk check on your plan, and the Overview keeps watching it as you build — flagging an over-tight timeline, an overloaded pillar, a missing feedback loop, an all-tasks-no-habits plan, or a milestone with no supporting work, each with a one-line fix.
Each pillar (Knowledge, Infrastructure, Output, Feedback) has a capacity limit. Output is capped at 3 active items to prevent over-engineering. Within each pillar, items are binary: Task (finite, due date required) or Habit (recurring, frequency required with optional custom schedule). A task can be flagged as a ◆ Milestone — a pivotal deliverable that earns a gold badge in the Engine and Task Tracker and a diamond marker on The Path. Previous-phase items appear as faded references so you maintain context across phases.
Both tracker tabs consolidate all Engine inputs. The Task Tracker shows every finite item across all phases, sortable by due date with colour-coded urgency. The Habit Tracker shows every recurring item from the Engine and standalone habits, with a 10-day streak tracker and success rate per habit.
Phase bars are anchored to the exact start and end dates you define. Task sub-bars show within each phase row. Habit dots appear at their frequency (daily = every slot, 3×/week = every 2–3 slots). The ⚡ Power Move marker appears at 35% of the Start it phase timeline. Switch between weekly and monthly views.
When any habit's 10-day rolling success rate drops below 60%, the entire app locks. You must audit the friction — Trigger failure, Friction too high, or Bad strategy — and document what you'll change before the system unlocks.
The engine is waiting. Run the Wizard, lock your strategy, and let the system hold you accountable.
