The 8-Step Wizard

Brain Dump → distil into a single measurable Objective (with KPI + deadline) → 3 Phases with duration calculator → Know Yourself + Bottleneck → Power Move + Trade-off → 3 Strategy Approaches → The Sacrifice → Blueprint. Each step is named in the progress bar so you always know where you are and how much remains. The Blueprint step runs a ⚠ risk check on your plan, and the Overview keeps watching it as you build — flagging an over-tight timeline, an overloaded pillar, a missing feedback loop, an all-tasks-no-habits plan, or a milestone with no supporting work, each with a one-line fix.

The Engine — 4 Pillars

Each pillar (Knowledge, Infrastructure, Output, Feedback) has a capacity limit. Output is capped at 3 active items to prevent over-engineering. Within each pillar, items are binary: Task (finite, due date required) or Habit (recurring, frequency required with optional custom schedule). A task can be flagged as a ◆ Milestone — a pivotal deliverable that earns a gold badge in the Engine and Task Tracker and a diamond marker on The Path. Previous-phase items appear as faded references so you maintain context across phases.

Task & Habit Trackers

Both tracker tabs consolidate all Engine inputs. The Task Tracker shows every finite item across all phases, sortable by due date with colour-coded urgency. The Habit Tracker shows every recurring item from the Engine and standalone habits, with a 10-day streak tracker and success rate per habit.

The Path — Gantt Chart

Phase bars are anchored to the exact start and end dates you define. Task sub-bars show within each phase row. Habit dots appear at their frequency (daily = every slot, 3×/week = every 2–3 slots). The ⚡ Power Move marker appears at 35% of the Start it phase timeline. Switch between weekly and monthly views.

The Gate

When any habit's 10-day rolling success rate drops below 60%, the entire app locks. You must audit the friction — Trigger failure, Friction too high, or Bad strategy — and document what you'll change before the system unlocks.
