A gluten-free meal plan without the guesswork

Meal Planner · free · no signup

Gluten-free is easier when the week is decided upfront

Eating gluten-free stops being stressful the moment you stop improvising it. The daily grind — is this sauce OK, what's actually in that, can I eat here — is exhausting, and it's what pushes people toward a repetitive handful of "safe" meals. A planned week fixes that: decide once, shop once, stop second-guessing.

This planner builds a gluten-free plan around your calorie and diet needs and generates the meals plus a shopping list, so the whole week is sorted in one go. Set gluten-free and your numbers and just try it. (One honest note: if it's for coeliac disease, always double-check labels for cross-contamination — a plan sets the meals, it can't check every packet for you.)

Common questions

Is a gluten-free diet healthy?
It can be perfectly healthy built from naturally gluten-free whole foods (meat, fish, eggs, rice, potatoes, fruit, veg, legumes). Where it goes wrong is leaning on processed 'gluten-free' replacements. The planner favours whole foods.
Is gluten-free good for weight loss?
Not inherently — cutting gluten doesn't cut calories by itself. If you lose weight it's usually because you're eating fewer processed foods. Weight loss still comes down to overall calories; set your target above.
